For the Minatica Counterstrike Source server (80.84.250.159:27015) I was forced to solve the sv_voicecodec voice_speex problem. I got sv_alltalk enabled but when people started to talk, you could not understand them. Now I’ve searched on Google and I think I’ve found the solution.
You should go to your serverfiles ( Ftp acces ) and search for the file: server.cfg. In there you should change the sv_voicecodec voice_speex to this one: sv_voicecodec vaudio_mile.
I have not tested it myself so I’m just reporting what I have found on Google. I’ll change it tonight and let you guys know if it works out!
